PWR!Moves are functional exercises designed to target skill’s known to deteriorate in people with Parkinson’s disease, which often leads to loss of mobility and function. PWR!Moves help you mitigate symptoms and rebuild functionality no matter how you incorporate them into your life.
This class focuses on large, intentional movements in various postures, helping to restore or maintain skills that may diminish with age. Benefits may include enhanced mobility and range of motion, improved strength and balance, and reduced risk of falls. This class will incorporate the 4 core PWR!Moves, aerobic activity, strength training, balance, agility, and multitasking, as well as stretching.
